Doneski brings café ordering to the customer’s phone. Customers can place and pay for an order, then collect it without making the whole purchase at the counter.
The original Dr App project includes the consumer app and a website with separate customer and café entry points. It is an example of designing around a clear customer action rather than adding features for their own sake.
